Bob has been in the single-tenant business for 20 years and has transacted over $750 million of properties in 42 states. He handles the spectrum of single-tenant products including retail, corporate headquarters/office, and industrial/distribution. Bob feels strongly that, while technology now plays a crucial role in modern marketing, client relationships and trust continue to be central to successful campaigns. The client's interests are, and will always be, of paramount consideration.

Prior to joining Battery Commercial, Bob was a top producer at Damon Raike and Co. (later acquired by BT Commercial), where he began his investment real estate career in 1989. Bob became the National Director of Trammel Crow Company’s Net Lease Investment Group in 2000, and subsequently founded and operated Magnolia Capital, Inc., his own single-tenant investment firm. He is married with two children, and lives in the wine country town of Kenwood, California.
