Chad has six years experience in the sale of retail, office, and industrial single-tenant properties. He has brokered the sale of such properties in 21 states involving more than 30 national and regional tenants. Central to Chad’s approach as an investment broker is his emphasis on long-term client relationships. His clients return because they can depend on the information he conveys in helping them make important investment decisions, and then executing his assignments in accordance with their expectations.

Chad Richards began his single-tenant career with First Street, Inc. in Sonoma, California in 2004. Prior to joining First Street, Inc. Chad worked as a mortgage broker where he was consistently a top producer in retail and residential finance.

Chad graduated in 2001 with a double major in marketing and business management from Ohio University. He has his California real estate license, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
