SAN FRANCISCO, CA – December 12, 2007 – Battery Commercial announced that Arthur T. Griffith, a 7-year veteran of the net-leased and multi-housing industries, has joined the company's Net Leased Investment Division as a Senior Vice President.
Griffith was previously a founding member and top producer of the multi-family and investment division of BT Commercial and a Vice President of the group. While at BT, Griffith enjoyed an extremely successful 4 year run, closing more than $111 million in investment transactions in 9 states across the nation.

Prior to joining BT Commercial, Mr. Griffith founded the Omega Group, a development consulting and valuation firm based in Santa Cruz, California focused on mixed-use and retail assets in Northern California.
The announcement comes on the heels of the recent hiring of John Giordani, a former Vice President and top producer of The CAC Group in San Francisco.
Griffith is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
Also joining Griffith and Giordani at Battery Commercial will be Jared Vandercook, formerly of BT Commercial. As an associate at BT, Vandercook was responsible for the coordination of 1031 exchange capital, initial property underwriting and deal identification.
