Art advises merchant developers and net-leased investors on the acquisition and disposition of commercial property across the nation. His combination of specific investment experience and a formal real estate education allow him to offer his clients an unparalleled level of service.

Prior to joining Battery Commercial, Art represented local and national investors in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family and net leased assets across the US. With transactions totaling over $111 million in 9 states – Art brings a significant track record of top level performance to the table.

Art holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. He also is a graduate of the Appraisal Institute, a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Appraiser.

A San Francisco native, Art loves to hunt, surf and paddle.
