John advises both private capital and institutional clients in the disposition and acquisition of leased investment properties nationwide. While primarily focused on representing retail developers and owners on the sale of net-leased retail and industrial properties, John will selectively represent qualified trade buyers on an exclusive basis. John is a staunch advocate for his clients bringing tremendous leverage and value to their real estate transactions.

Before joining Battery Commercial, John represented local and national tenants in office space transactions in the San Francisco Bay Area. John began his career as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers working with Senior Partners primarily advising c-level management of Fortune 500 companies on developing and implementing their core business strategies.

John holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. On a personal note, John lives with his wife and two young sons in Moraga, CA.
