Andrew focuses on the origination of sale-leaseback structured transactions. He heads up the acquisition efforts starting with deal generation, asset underwriting and company due diligence. Andrew has extensive deal origination and business management expertise both in-and-out of the real estate industry. Andrew has been involved in transacting over $750 million dollars of commercial real estate and previously had a distinguished career as a Director with Sprint (International) where he was responsible for starting-up and troubleshooting international operations, and managing the Consumer Division for Asia Pacific. Andrew joined Sansome Pacific in 2003.

Andrew holds a B.A. from Penn State University (1987) and an M.B.A. from Waseda University in Tokyo (1992). He completed economics study at the Universitat zu Koln in Germany and worked with the United Nation’s Centre on Transnational Corporations in New York.
